Thank you for shopping with Christine Andrews. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
International Shipping We ship to New Zealand, United Kingdom, Canada, and South Africa. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at inquiries@christineandrews.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
